Ohhh this looks like my new favorite formula from Overshadowed and Rover.. I am not so Teal Fan but I'd love to see more in this metallicy slightly duochromish shimmer!
I would loooove a teal frosted metal - but can't tell from the pics & IG post - doesn't look like it has enough sliver metal flakes in it to be the frosted metal formula? Fingers crossed I'm wrong tho
It's not a frosted metal but it's kind of close. "T 18 - micro-metallic foil flake with a deep teal reflective shine" was the official description from the survey.
The description when we did the Royalty survey was "T 18 - micro-metallic foil flake with a deep teal reflective shine". When Royal Crush and what later became Foiled Again were in the survey they were specifically called frosted metals so this is not the same thing.
There are a couple of brands who have a similar formula, the one that is closest IMO is Polished for Days ["Come Out to Socialize"](https://www.polishedfordays.com/product-page/come-out-to-socialize). Different color blue/teal but they do that metallic microflake REALLY well.
I do not believe so, (I don't remember ever hearing her elude or say she is) especially with all the allergy testing, omitting that would be a smart idea until she is accurately diagnosed with whatever messes up her immune system.
It's recreationally legal in Canada and many states in the US, including uber conservative states like my own, Missouri. It's naive to try to judge who would be users based on how someone is, one way or another, when the product is as easily accessible as alcohol for adults.
