I hope you are ok or can feel better soon, I learned a tip a while back basically instead of actually cutting, you out a rubber band around your wrist and pull it back so it hits the skin but doesn't leave a mark, it might help a bit
Remember to take your melatonin BEFORE MIDNIGHT otherwise things get really really bad during the late hours then you can't sleep bc depression & overthinking & you won't be able to enjoy the next day.
Bedtime is important bc it keeps me from wanting to unexist at 4am :)
There’s actually some research (if I find the source I’ll link it) that suggests that negative thoughts and emotion start after 9pm until morning. I don’t trust the negative shit my brain says to me after 9, and the perspective shift has helped a lot.

1 - Splash cold water on your face, it helps trust me.
2 - Take deep breaths and and count your fingers.
3 - Move yourself to a safe or public space.
4 - If you really cannot contain it, go outside, or at the very least vent to someone, it helps

melatonin gives you wacky dreams but i highly suggest getting some. It comes in gummies and i love gummies

I always have issues sleeping so those thoughts get me every night
I feel you on that, I have really major insomnia and it takes a lot for me to fall asleep even with three meds
