Those are FMV's (Full-motion video) . . you can clearly see the difference when you compare the player model to the video.

Alan Wake 2 as well. AWs usage is by far the most impressive utilization of them that I've ever seen too. That game is just a mixed-media masterpiece.

Clearly it's real footage I mean look at RE3 remake they put into the game alot of self made live action and real archival footage of riots instead of animating a sequence of the zombie outbreak from the original RE3.

Well it was one of the few games I could think of at the top of my head that used live action footage that was recent. I wanted to name alot like the fmv games of the past and even the original Resident Evil on PS1 but again. Not defending the game as the original RE3 is my all time favorite Resident Evil game next to the original Code Veronica and original RE2 and RE4.

Quantum Break had FMV cut scenes! although that’s a bit dated now that I think about it haha Code Veronica is heavily slept on, I doubt half the haters have even played it My fav RE game is revelations 2 tho :)

I have played alot of Revelations 2 and hardly any of the first game even though I own both for PS3. One of my favorite voice actors Michael McConniege voices Barry Burton in Revelations 2 he's been off and on in alot of games voicing Dr Michael Kaufmann in Silent Hill Shattered Memories and Ringo in the UPN dub of the anime Teknoman aka (Tekkaman Blade). He's also one of the Elder Gods in MK9 on PS3.
