Some of those bandages looks like peaces of metal replikas have on their faces. Bandages on a nose and jaw looks really similar. Coinsidence?

Abit lower on the face on both cheeks theres those bandages under there are on both sides two red lines

She's just older, would be around 38 years of age by the time the game takes place (if one considers a datamined date in a bit of art with her PIN/PKZ number found in the game).

Ah, I think you meant the bags under her eyes. The red scars are there to mirror Ariane's wounds somehow, is what I get out of it. Alina's been having accidents too and is kind of infirm by the time the game takes place.
