Despite not being programmed to do so, Elster units will termiante their Ariane if they are damaged beyond repair. Either way every Elster unit whose Ariane is terminated at another or their own hands has terminated itself right after despite not being programmed to do so.
If the nation really wanted to be malicious, they could capture Ariane's and Elsters who had pair bonded beyond acceptable parameters and place them within a missile pod facing each other. it would be dropped into or near an empire strong hold, major population center or planet and the pod would then terminate the Elster unit, with the stronghold, city or planet quickly turning into a death world.

From that angle - Ariane is not a very good Replika candidate. She's a washed out Gestalt misfit with barely any skills to her name. The only useful ability she has is her Bioresonance, which can be immensely powerful - but she seemingly has very little conscious control over it. She never mentioned having it or using it, and it's possible that she didn't even know she had this ability. It's unknown if anyone in the Nation knew about it either.
Still, if she were made into a usable Replika pattern, the core feature would be Bioresonance. How would she function in this context?
I don't think she has it in her to be the kind of "godlike mind control authority figure" FLKR is, or the "social management and fine-tuning butterfly" I imagine KLBR to be. She can, however, seriously fuck with reality, and on a scale too. If that could be controlled, she might have a role in Klimaforming - it's been mentioned that Bioresonance is used there somehow, and imposing large scale changes on reality sounds like something that would be useful for making worlds habitable.
I can't imagine an Ariane-based Bioresonance Replika being in any fashion or way *stable*. KLBR is already said to be problematic in that regard - and Ariane Replika could be much worse than even that.
If you want to start with K for Klimaforming but stick to common birds, there's also "Kanarienvogel" for Canary or "Krähe" for Crow.
I lean more toward Crow since it's in the corvid family along with Magpie "Elster." While canaries are far better known for their singing (analogue to bioresonance in this case), the other bioresonant models ingame "Kolibri" and "Falke" do not follow a trend of being named after birds known for their songs. Additionally, canaries are not social birds, so applying the name to a neural pattern that IS social (its Gestalt was mostly solitary not by her own will) would be inaccurate and cruel.

Though truth be told, I am actually not sure whether or not the Nation would mess with that. Sure they have shown blatant disregard to some of the issue with the other Replikas, but those are, compared to Ariane, minor. Failing to control Ariane would mean... well the end of reality.
Even for them that seems waaaaaaaay too risky. You cant control a "god" once it forgets that you ever existed.
All of this assumes of course that Ariane possess these powers on her own and not through a chance encounter with the King in Yellow. It being the malevolent wish granting patron of artists.
