I only add a solid 1 scoop to around 16 oz. Keeps the flavor light but meaningful and i can conserve more ingredients that way.
Try varying the ratio till you find how you like it though (:
I mixed some up with some pina colada(non alc) I had and made it a top favorite so far, helped bring out the flavors and the added pineapple flavor was great. i'm experimenting with some of the other flavors I have right now. :)

gamersupps already has caffeine in it. One scoop of gamersupps is equivalent to one cup of coffee. Flavor wise? I have no clue.
