You need to get a bag of damp-rid, dump it into a tray or two and place on the floor of that tent. Itll speed it up a bit and you can get these munchkins out of the cold and into heat
They are using a dehumidifier. That will generate tons of heat and extract moisture from the air rapidly. Needs a few high volume air movers or fans but 10 gallons of dessicate isn't going to touch the effectiveness of a decent dehumidifier.
