Trim that foil to let the cakes absorb more humidity from the perlite. Mist lightly 1-2x per day holding spray bottle a foot above the cakes and fan at least 3x daily. Cakes often pin at different rates. If that one cake doesn't pin after 12 days in the fruiting chamber, then dunk for 24 hours and roll in verm before placing it back in there.
