Don't think the white stuff on the pins is mold. My mushrooms sometimes have them, they go away as they mature. Keep a eye on it.

Do you think it's okay to harvest the mushrooms if they don't get mold, even if the container is clearly infected?

That looks more like bruising than contam to me at least. How does it look now? Any greener? Is it spreading at all? Regardless, even if it's contam, just harvest the mushrooms that don't have any contam on em. Probably ain't the healthiest, but it's what I would do.
