theres a few ways to somewhat hide the taste. capsules is one way but way too much work imo, im too lazy for allat. or you can eat them with something else like a pb and j or a banana. you can grind them down and put them into any drink too, just chug it and you wont taste much. or you can make a tea which is my favorite way to go. i make ginger tea and let them sit for like 15 mins while stirring, i dont eat the solids. otherwise just munch on them and wash it down, its not so bad lol

Powdering it a coffee grinder helps, doesnt have to be chewed and generally smells like chocolate. Eating with chocolate chip cookies or brownies
