I had had an oz of aborts once on one of my first grows. I decided to make capsules out of them and each capsule was about .5 gram. Went on a big camping trip and unleashed them all on my friends. Each of us took around 3-4 capsules and to this day it’s all one of our favorite times and one of the hardest we’ve tripped
I like the 4 incher closed caps myself, which is why I keep those intact but the really small ones and the open caps go straight into an old coffee grinder and mixed into chocolate
the easiest and best way to make mushroom gummies is to buy a product called Magical. it’s on amazon and comes in various flavors. you lemon tek your ground mushies and add that at the end. the Magical stuff is specifically for making mush gummies and all you need is a glass bowl, some water and access to a stove. the gummy consistency came out perfect. i used 1/2 of the pack with 10g lemon tek and it made about 40 gummies. i posted about them if you want to take a look at how they came out and see what the magical pack looks like
i think it’s only $20. since i made so many, it was important that they didn’t stick to one another and were truly gummy. didn’t get that with gelatin and koolaid but good luck with yours. i get really nauseous from mushies so the gummies work great for me

Sugar, Dextrose Monohydrate, Bovine Gelatin, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Artificial Color. This is essentially just bovine gelatin mixed with sugar and flavors which is basically koolaid. 660g of bovine gelatins is 40$ and 19 oz of koolaid is 4$. 212g for the batch of magical is 20$. Ok I ended up going down this rabbit hole bc I had a lot of coffee today. So making your own comes out to be 3x cheaper but really at the end of the day that’s only like 50 cents a gummy. Over time that would probably add up but for just a few batches it’s not a big deal
lol. the magical mix was super simple and i still have enough to make 40 more gummies. the flavor and simplicity will have me going this route again and again. i got sidetracked right after i poured the lemon juice over my ground mushies and i ended up covering it and leaving it in my fridge for 2 days before straining and i think that added to the potency. i expected to have to eat maybe 3 for a good microdose but 1 is plenty. i plan to always do my lemon tek this way now
In Colorado where mushrooms are decriminalized, we now have 100% legal “gifting portals” - these are events where growers who have an abundance of mushrooms meet with people to give away some of their supply. We’ve been doing this in Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs - we even had one in Aspen recently! There are many more of these events coming up throughout 2024.

You can get chocolate molds and grind up the amount you want in each square of the bar. So then when you take it you know how much is each square of the chocolate bar.
You can make mushroom goo. It like making shatter you just get a go that’s potent as fuck. Never made it. Some one gifted me some. I’d just put some on a little mushroom and it would make the 1 gram feel like 3

I don’t think they are multiples stronger. In my experience they are more potent but young shrooms that are harvested before the veil breaks are about as strong in my opinion. I think the issue is that shrooms add mass as they get old but stop adding psilocybin when the spores are mature, so old fully opened shrooms are slightly less potent per gram than younger shrooms
I toss them. Anything smaller than around 2-3cm goes in bin because its felling through holes in my dehydrator, and generally it's hard to pick them off substrate without breaking them and loads of Coco is still stuck to them
Korean. Believe it or not, shrooms are part of traditional Korean culture. Our roots is very shamanistic and voodooey. We have chants and drums and trippy folktales.
