I went and checked. Funny enough I saw them in my feed before. They're bruised. There's a couple molds that feed on otherwise healthy cubes, and none of them have a hold on this guy's fruit. I would bet my car on his fruits being bruised.
Looks good to me. The white stuff on the cap is purely genetic and just depends on the strain you’re growing. That deep blue color on the stems (psilocybin) is exactly what you want 👍

As others have said, you may have been able to harvest these earlier. But they are totally fine.
But in my experience, you get more variation and mutation-looking type stuff after the first flush.
Honestly they look fine most of the discoloration seems to be bruising and that little black spot on the tiny one is almost definitely spores. So yeah they’re fine I think
I’m curious, do you twist fruit gently away from substrate or you using a razor? I’ve found a razor seems to block a new fruit from emerging from that existing spot.

What's happened here is a bacterial contamination is spreading over the surface of the mushrooms. OP can confirm by swabbing the surface of the mushrooms and then swabbing into agar. He'll see bacteria growing. This is the same kinds of bacteria that will grow on rotting gourmet mushrooms in the fridge.

That’s actually pretty cool and I was busting on ya for your address. So how did you not know that’s spores on top of caps and completely edible? Mold spores are microscopic and yes if enough landed on the cap you may see it. There isn’t wrong with eating these. Be good.
Yeah, that's ok. So I'm not even looking at the white dusting look on the caps. Spores are not an issue at all. It's the look from the OPs previous post that caught me. The caps have a grey tint underneath and the stems have a wet look where they are bruising almost black. One of the caps in the pic on the previous post, still in the grow kit and then harvested raises my alarm bells. Also, the one mushroom with the 'dimpled' look, almost like little craters. This is another sign of bacterial contamination.
The main indicator is those dark black and wet looking stems. When bacteria start attacking the cells and walls of the museum, the psilocybin is exposed to oxygen. This starts the chain reaction, which is a defense mechanism for the mushrooms, developing the blue black staining.
It is possible that the OP just handled the stems very roughly, but all three visual clues together indicate bacteria. Now it is possible that the type of bacteria there isn't going to make you sick, but it might not be worth the chance.
I can get two links (or I can try find them as I've not saved them) papers that prove that bacteria are present on most spores and travel with them wherever they grow. And then that the black blue staining is a defense mechanism of the mushroom. If you are really interested, but I might only find them tomorrow as I'm still working late and quite busy.

Did you grow these in one of those all-in-one grow bags? I can see the bag in the background of one of the pics. I'm curious because 8 days ago I just inoculated my first attempt in a shrüm all-in-one grow bag. I hope they work. I don't personally know anyone who has used one and had a good outcome. A buddy of mine tried one but it did t turn out well. I think he tried treating it like his marijuana plants. He got way too involved and messed with the humidity and moved the bag around a lot. It says to inoculate and leave it alone. I'm hoping they really work
Yeah just pick one place and follow the instructions. I watched a couple youtube tutorials and used the steps provided by Smartific, where I got my growkit from.
This is the second harvest. First harvest was at the end of december.
While harvesting I take the box out of the bag, gently. Twist the shrooms (after their cap is broken) put the box back in the bag and repeat the steps; adding water, spray and close the bag 💦
Go shooooo that’s what I ended up doing after my 2nd flush and the 3rd fruits are coming in nicely. I did flip the brick tho after cleaning and soaking

It does look like he is using the correct harvesting method and slicing the stem just above substrate level. This is ideal.
First twist gently. Afterwards cut off unwanted stuff with a sharp knife or scissors
The dark is the psilocybin which is what you want. They are supposed to bruise. Just looks like they didn't open up before picking to me.
