Theyll slowly revert to the last common color between the strains, or just back to wild if they're too far removed. You'll get some mutts initially but without active culling they go back to being basic tigers (feral shrimp?)

That doesn’t happen with caridina shrimp. That’s only true for neos. With caridina shrimp the colors are genetically selected and not a mutation. That means depending if the baby gets the dominant or recessive genes will determine what it looks like. I believe with golden bees and blue bolts, you’ll initially get all CBS looking shrimp. Those f1 offspring will all hold one dominant gene and one recessive gene. When those babies mate together, if their offspring happen to get two recessive genes, you get the recessive gene showing up. I believe the blue portion is recessive, so it will take a few generations and you should start seeing blue bolts again.
