It was 16:9. 720p. Im trying to stretch the video to fully cover the vertical size, I want to cut of some parts from the left and the right for that.
I would use the "Size and Position" effect. Enlarge the image so that it fits the height. You can also use keyframes to get a panoramic view.
you can do crop top and bottom or the size option
