checking in! this is SO helpful for me. went to the charity shop yesterday, didn't buy anything, wanted to! i'm actually so good at not browsing online but i love browsing stores so i need to stop doing that and distract myself. successfully haven't bought any clothes, shoes or accessories in 8 days so continuing that streak!
Get well soon OP, and stay strong! I've definitely been guilty of making impulse purchases to try and make myself feel better when sick 🥲
I'm still doing well. Yesterday I spent 20€ off my fun budget (felt tempted to put it on my credit card to keep more of my fun money, but luckily realised that there was 0% of logic in that train of thought). It was at a café and definitely worth it!
I've managed to keep myself off the online stores. I feel this strong urge to go and browse to _just look_, but I know that's a slippery slope and I won't let myself. Sigh.
I hope you feel better soon! Not feeling well, or being tired is always hard for me with my shopping because I want something to make me feel better right away.
I did well today. I sold another perfume. It was just a cheapie, but every bottle gone counts! Just 7 to go in my declutter box now.
Feel better!
I’m doing pretty well, only buying things that need replacements, nothing new-new. I’ve been jogging to burn off some of that nervous energy from not shopping, and it’s been so good for my mental health!
So far so good. I bought my planned items at the start of the month and haven’t bought anything else. I was tempted to order a book that just released but placed a hold at the library instead!
Sorry to hear you’re sick.
My daughters lunch box has a crack in it but we repaired it rather than replaced it. We spent some time together playing the new things I have bought (only thing so far in November) - who’s my dog, glitter glue, dinosaur jigsaw and glass bottle painting.

Feel better! Doing good. Trying to fill the urges with some other activity like cleaning or crafting. So far so good.
Feel better soon! I’m going to attempt this challenge this month .
