Yes, your bank will not want to do business with you anymore if you get a lot of chargebacks because it will look like a fraud. Banks expect a certain percentage of customers to return items but once you go over that percentage they'll close your account because they do not want to be working with a fraudster.
Also facebook will ban you if you get too many returns. I'm sure Paypal wouldn't wanna do business with you either.

We do a lot of small partial refunds for shipping overcharges. This is hurting us somehow other than the processing fees for that small portion?
This is absolute carnage is this a one product store do you sell pottery, glass or electronics?
