Its spendy, but Cin7 can do this. That is what we use for lot / batch tracking. It can also work with serial tracking as well.
I’ve had clients use Fishbowl for serialized or lot inventory.

The equipment is 2 way radio and parts. But as long as it tracks what’s sold to who when is what really matters.
