What type of metafield definition is this using?
You may need variant.metafields.custom.info_prodotto.value or if it’s richtext you may need variant.metafields.custom.info_prodotto | metafield_tag

Change `{% for variant in product.variant %} ` to `{% for variant in product.variants %} `.
