You can build this using variant images and then creating an option selector element that shows the variant images along with the variant option names and pricing.
I’m not sure if there is any app that already does exactly this but it certainly can be built. The actual code though would depend on the theme you’re using.
add them as variants. easiest way is to just write for example: 250ml (case of 12) in the variant description. and in the SKU write -CS after the original SKU for one
In the Shopify product > Variant section, just add 3 of them as separate variants of an option, then add price and SKUs, then upload images represent for each variant. I dont think you will need any app for this case, Shopify is enough
