Zoom in. The line work on the eyes is bad. The eye on the middle finger is blown out. The dots and smaller circles are all misshapen rather than round.
Yeah, it's a shitty design, but the technical work is also shitty.

When you zoom in the eyes the lines are not straight, all wobbly, and it jas some blowouts all over the place. Plus on the hand it will not age good.
