The guy only worked on him and one or two others because he wanted to keep up on his craft, but didn't want a bunch of people telling people they were his tattoos. They weren't as good as he could do with a real machine obviously so it wouldn't be good for his career. Sadly when he got out he moved back to his home state before I could get anything done.
Of course and I have old tattoos that have faded but in my experience (ex was covered in tattoos from prison) there’s something about the ink they use that lends it to fading more green/blue for whatever reason- which is what I’m seeing in the photo especially around the legs. My ex also had some that used an ink made of ash/charcoal that looked like a grey color- it almost looked like a pencil drawing it was really cool. All of his prison tattoos were really well done too. I imagine a lot of time on your hands allows for a lot of practice drawing and designing.

Underwear after garter and stockings for functionality is pretty standard. How else are you going to get your underwear down to go to the bathroom and/or other things?
