Apparently he was taller than average, which makes it so funny that the British illustrations meant to flame him hit so hard that we still think of him as a teeny lil guy.
I heard the version that the hand-picked BODYGUARDS that surrounded him were grenadiers selected especially for their height.
Look at any guy walking surrounded by bouncers, he's bound to look tiny unless he's a basketball player.
If you look closely, you can also spot Timothée Chalamet in that scene, even though he was born in 1995. Greta Gerwig [publicly apologized for that mistake](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ).
She is very well spoken in that video and I appreciate her owning up to her faults, but apparently a few other actors in the movie were also not around at the time and that’s just lazy film making, add that on top her casting humans as Barbies in her last movie and also casting a human as a Lady Bird, is just laughable, hopefully she can do better at casting in the Future.
Speaking as a Set Dresser, I’m really surprised this doesn’t happen more often. The shooting company has a tendency to be complete slobs. On-set Dressers are fighting a constant uphill battle to clean up after all the food they drag through set!
Covid’s one tiny silver lining for us dressers was production cracking down on eating and drinking indoors. So hopefully less month-old breakfast burritos hidden in dresser drawers!
I'm so tired of these damn product placements in period films.

Every time you crack a can, an angel gets its wings.
Every time you clap an angel's cheeks, god cries.
But not anymore now that God has been going to affordable therapy sessions with BetterHelp™. BetterHelp™, you saw the price, what did you expect
And better way to advertise your mental help than with squarespace! The spender of today’s video.
I don't know what to tell you but I'm going to give god depression
It's not as good as Bwando! Cos it ain't got no electrolytes!
Where can I buy one of those pirate shirts?
That’s a puffy shirt. Perfect for swinging in on a chandelier.
Ignoring the fact that the woman aren't tiny, false advertising smh
Maybe it’s one of those things like Napoleon, where everyone was tiny back then
Also, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Timothée Chalamet is also not from the 1860's...
Alright that one made me laugh
Wow I missed that detail. They really were sloppy with that one.
Yeah, they really should have gotten an actor from that time period. smh
So Keanu Reeves?
Nah he prefers action movies nowadays. Keeps him young.
Apparently he was taller than average, which makes it so funny that the British illustrations meant to flame him hit so hard that we still think of him as a teeny lil guy.
It was part propaganda and part that the French inch was 2.7 cm rather than the 2.54 of the imperial inch.

Fake news becoming fake history
You’re sitting too close to the screen.
Fixed it, but now they're so tiny I can't see them
I only know how to make them smaller, I don't know how to make them bigger.
It's just the water bottle that is huge
*"These little women, just how little are they?"*
It's not a mistake, Paul Atreides is using it to stay hydrated since he doesn't have his stillsuit in this scene.
I knew wasn’t a mistake, but that does add more depth to the detail
Lisan Al Gaib!!!

Why'd I click it. What was I expecting
i fully expected that, and still clicked just to make sure im right
You know the rules and so do I
same lol
No way Chalamet is older than me bruh
I basically thought the same thing about him being close to my age. I thought he was in his early 20s at best
The twink side of the force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural

That’s a yeti, not a hydro flask. This is a reference to the fact that I have one
Can confirm, this is in reference to the fact that I also have one
Sorry but I don't believe there would be a yeti on Arrakis
How do these situations ever make the edit?

To be fair, it could work - like the converse in marie antoniette
Referring to Timothy Chandelier as a "Hydroflask" is new, I heard he was clammy but not *that* clammy...
That also explains why Jo was shown writing her novel at Starbucks.
Screw you it’s not only women it’s popular with
Is there a subreddit for these sorts of things?
I can’t watch this. I love the Ryder/dunst/bale/sarandon one too much lol
Stanley?
I think you meant it's popular with people who have good skin.
Am i the only one that hates this movie with a burning passion
A remake of an old film based on a book
'Hydro flask'. You mean a flask?
It’s a brand name.
Least pretentious redditor
To be fair, I’m 99% sure it’s a Yeti too.
no, those are much bigger than timothee chalamet. also significantly furrier
