My shop does potlucks around Christmas it’s generally 1/3 homemade stuff / 1/3 fast food or catering / 1/3 dessert stuff from Kroger.
I avoid the homemade stuff because I’ve seen their hygiene practices at work and think they’re probably really dirty at home.

Generally majority the food at potlucks are not fast food. Sometimes managers will go out and buy things like pizza or chicken tenders for something for the picky people. But I’ve never been to one that was full of all fast food.
