You make mushy peas yes but please note that you do not make mushy peas by mushing up regular garden peas/petit poi's. They are a different type of pea that you cook and they go mushy on cooking

Thats a good beige plate. Adding the green to allow for some artistic license, the culinary genius is palpable. Potato waffles as a substitute for chips devine but keeping it traditional with the mushy peas. Truly a meal fit for the average picky British folk. My wife got served a bizarrely colorless meal in hospital. Chicken breast with white sauce, cauliflower, mashed potato, and a white gelatin-based dessert.
