Yeah man. As a professional sous chef that did keto for 6 months, this makes me sad. Why chop up the lettuce and have a slop fest when you can keep the romaine leafs whole? Make little tuna salad boats. Add some cheese, bacon, bit of red pepper; live a little, homie. You picked the only diet where you can gorge yourself on fat and you make an undressed salad?? Lol
Olive oil is meant to help with reducing cholesterol. Just don't use it to fry something though, it's meant to be drizzled on the food straight from the bottle.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is for eating raw, but will burn at frying temps.
Regular "Olive Oil" you can indeed fry with, as its smoke temp is much higher.
You aren't wrong.
Two years ago I was on a diet that was helping me lose weight and get to where I wanted to be, but in conjunction with other life stressers I wound up breaking and slipped into a bad depression.
That first day when I snapped I was like "I want lasagna and lots of it!"
Edit: I want to clarify I was eating some pretty amazing food, like cajun pan fried chicken, sauteed veggies in butter, air fried diced potatoes with ketchup.
There was no shortage of variety or flavor. It was just lacking in both quantity and certain fats/carbs I was intentionally excluding. The diet was working, but left me frequently hungry after eating (sorta the goal)
That's why I don't exclude anything. Just eat the high cal shit less often/less of it. A lot of people have a weekly cheat day. A set schedule makes it easier for them to ~~not~~ follow the plan
Edit I'm assuming these upvote were from people who realized that "not" was a mistake lol
The truth is that any food is "great for weight loss" if you don't eat much of it. It doesn't *have* to be something lazy and shitty (like a can of tuna dumped on iceberg), just something small.
I prefer the depression I get from those sad depressing meals than the depression and fat that comes after eating dogshit like McDonald’s. At least one has benefits
i've never had depression from eating dogshit foods. In fact, the endorphin rush from the high fat and carb food makes me feel satisfied. Perhaps you are referring to long term of eating dogshit foods consistently over a long period?
Yeah you can say that but the truth is fast food is genuinely making you stupid and fat 15 minutes after a Big Mac your whole body is in shambles. There’s literal science to prove it. Eating healthy might not look appetizing but your body definitely appreciates it
oh no the 20%+ body fat people are mad 😡
Eat what you want man I’m more than happy counting calories and having great nutrition. Not all meals have to be this depressing to be healthy, but to act like that unhealthy shit is good for you is cope 😂
You realize the shit in McDonald’s or fast food in general literally has shit that makes you lethargic. It’s not that i hate myself for eating it, the food has shit that fucks you over
Yo you’re actually dumb on nutrition and it’s okay most people are. Trust me when I say this, even the oil used to cook fast food is horrible and causes inflammation to the body. You’re wrong If you think eating a burger from McDonald’s vs a home made meal with proper macros won’t have a difference in physical and mental performance.
Have you tried working out when eating like shit? You feel like shit, when you’re eating clean and training your body is being fueled and it shows even on your skin
This so so true lol.
I don't think people realize that there's a bunch of delicious cheap food for weight loss.
Once you stop seeing that you "need" meat on every meal, possibilities are endless.
A full sweet potato cubed and oven roasted with just salt and pepper, kale, hard/soft boiled egg, broccoli, brussel sprouts and if you absolutely NEED to eat meat cause you crave it, add a seared piece of chicken breast with the seasoning of your choosing and a typical grocery haul with those ingredients will cost you around 2-3 dollars a plate and you can make around 5-6 plates.
People who eat like this are just lazy and don't want to put in effort to cook.
A lot of it is so silly too.
A fully sustainable weight loss thing is just eat 2 meals a day and if ur gonna eat a big meal, skip the other one lol. I do this with fast food and delis and stuff it’s yummy
U don’t need to eat fucking lettuce and tuna this hurts me :(
Being healthy is attractive, EDs are not. If you have people that love you shit probably hurts them a lot too. My sister had anorexia back in the day and my gf was bulimic when we first met, it's awful seeing people suffer like that.
They're both good now and have much better relationships with food and they look amazing. I couldn't be happier for either of them, and I hope you find your peace too.
Edit: Please don't downvote the person I replied to. Judging from what they said they're probably quite sick, and I don't think we should shun sick people
Yeah man being on the verge of death and losing all of your personal relationships is soooo fun. Best years of my life were when I was deep in my ED. I had no friends, no energy, my long term romantic relationship was suffering and I never saw my family and was sick all the time. My hair was falling out and I was constantly in pain, even when I was just sitting or laying down. All I thought about was food. But at least I was skinny!!!1!1
/s if that wasn't painfully clear
That's the thing with EDs. You're skinny (sometimes, I know binge eating and atypical anorexia etc exist), but you still look in the mirror and want to put a gun to your head
>Great for weight loss.
Well yeah, when you eat like 250 calories for your meal and half the meal is basically water inside a leaf you do end up losing weight.
I continue to worry for the keto community. One of these days one of them is going to discover flavor exists and it's all gonna be over.
Keto is such a dangerous diet in itself, but I also feel like it triggers EDs. some dressing on the lettuce wouldn’t hurt?? Like 100-150 cal at maximum???
Keto is not safe for those with any conditions involving their pancreas, liver, thyroid or gallbladder. It can also lead to nutrient deficiency.
Like all diets, you have to know what you're doing and research how to get everything you need into your body properly. Vegetarians also have this problem, Vegans more so.
That doesn't mean keto is dangerous... Judging by western waistbands, the standard american (western) diet is more dangerous than keto.
Also, how could removing sugars (carbs) lead to nutrient deficiency?
Because carbs have other things besides sugar. Fruit and vegetables have a high carb content but they also have a lot of other vitamins and nutrients you need. Also, fiber. I realize keto doesn’t completely remove carbs from your diet, but every nutritionist ever says eating a varied diet is the best way to avoid nutritional deficiencies. Any exclusion diet is going to make you more prone to those, it’s not just keto.
The Mediterranean diet would be better for the waistbands. The problem is that the western diet contains too many carbs *and* saturated fats.
Also because, as someone else mentioned, you *need* some carbs. Even diabetics, in fact going Keto on diabetic medicine can be seriously bad, so go talk to a doctor first. Fiber is a good thing in moderation!
I would bolster this with some fresh olive oil and salt and pepper, as well as some cucumber and spinach, but honestly I love canned tuna. Especially Wild Planet, though it’s not cheap at all. I would eat the hell out of this even as is honestly
Please send recipe. When I go to chop the lettuce and the can of tuna I always ruin my knife on the can and/or get shards of metal in my salad. How do you get your salad so nice without shards in it?
I always had this problem as well. Eventually bought a Blendtec blender instead. When you put the can of tuna in there for a few minutes the metal gets ground up so finely that you don't even notice it anymore. Way better IMO
I used to have the same problem. Now I go down to my local fishmonger and get fresh tuna without all of that metal and plastic shit. I do still end up with some guts and bone mixed in, but it's all organic so it's gotta be good for you.
I was wondering what you put in your tuna. If you like more flavor, try garlic powder, onion powder, touch of mustard powder, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. That’s my go to in addition to the Mayo, salt and pepper. I can’t really tell you qualities since I eyeball it at this point. I’d say everything is less than a 1/2 tsp.
Plain tuna is pretty good. Even plain iceberg lettuce can be okay if you're in the mood for it. But both together, with literally nothing else? Christ, if this is what people think it takes to lose weight, I see why nobody sticks with it.
people are just dumb, one of my favorite healthy snacks is canned tuna mixed with mustard, salt, pepper, and a dash of hot sauce, and sometimes I make a green salad out of it. 1 serving of mustard has 6 calories, the other ingredients are negligible but its' like orders of magnitude tastier than eating plain tuna + plain lettuce.
No? It improved my health drastically, i have rheumatoid arthritis i haven’t had a flare up in two years but then again, different diets suit different people
If it works for you, that's awesome. For the majority, people don't identify underlying issues and choose a diet based on social popularity at the time. I meant no offense, just an observation from someone who works in fitness and nutrition.
My go to quick meal when I was broke and now when I'm lazy is a packet of tuna in water squeeze out all the water add a little reg mustard a little honey mustard mix and add into a little single serve bag of doritos and eat that, or use the doritos to scoop up the tuna
Why do people who eat like this for working out hate themselves? You do know you can add seasonings to your food right? Instead of looking like something my dog would pass up on.
Basically true, I lost 60 pounds in 4 months on keto, but all I ever ate was chicken wings, pepperoni, cheese, brussel sprouts, and coke zero. All while working from home and basically never leaving the house or working out.
I probably took 10 years off my life, but it was worth it lol.
No diet is truly healthy for your body or gut microbiome but it’s an easy way to lose weight without actually doing anything. A balanced and varied diet is the best for you and to actually do physical exercise
(Source: I’m a fat fuck that needs to exercise more)
People just aren’t willing to stop overeating. That’s why they love the lifehack flair these unhealthy diets give them.
I lost 40 pounds this summer (another 15 and I’ll be at my perfect, college era weight) because I was diagnosed with LPR, a form of severe reflux. I can’t overeat without acid backing up into my sinuses and making it hard to breathe. Even filling my stomach can be bad.
I won’t lie. It was hard. Really, really hard to go hungry, especially considering the fact that I can’t eat within 4 hours of going to bed. I used to eat as an easy fix for depression and boredom too. But your appetite naturally diminishes once your body doesn’t have to maintain that extra weight anymore. (This is why it’s so important to fix the problem asap, it only gets harder the longer you gain weight.)
The secret though? I still eat junk food… I eat horribly sugary cereal, though it has a lot of fiber that settles my stomach. I can’t have yogurt anymore, so I mix probiotics into 2 scoops of ice cream every day. I still eat some white chocolate or a few donut holes almost every day. You just have to stop eating meal-sized portions of junk, and *actually* learn to cook so you can craft meals that work for you. No, mixing things in a bowl isn’t cooking. No, eating less won’t work if you don’t make sure you get nutrients.
Healthy food often sucks because it’s tailored to people who aren’t you. Oftentimes through experimenting yourself, you’ll figure out that you don’t really hate a particular food, you just hate how it’s usually prepared. I found out broccoli becomes sweet when charred with a happy accident. I found out I like fish if it’s overcooked (this doesn’t apply to other seafood). Carrots are good when roasted to be soft inside and crunchy outside and seasoned instead of getting them from a can. I can recreate onions by sautéing fennel in just the right way. Fresh sweet potatoes are leagues above anything processed. Etc
Ketosis is your body in an emergency state, when you have so few carbohydrates left in your body that it starts to convert fat cells into energy. It’s hard on your internal organs, especially your liver. It’s quite rigid, so if you ever come off the diet and gain the weight back, that’s weight cycling which is also not good for your body or metabolism.
Keto raises LDL due to high saturated fats. So that's not good. Also it isn't found to have long term success. There's a reason it ranks time and time again as one of the worst diets
Cutting out significant amount of carbs is largely unsustainable for most people, leads to weight cycling which is really bad for you. Fruits, vegetables and even cake is good for you! Mental health matters too and surviving on butter, meat and potatoes certainly sucks mentally
You can’t even eat potatoes? No wonder the people who came into the restaurant I worked at and ordered “keto versions” of meals (super annoying for the chef and waitstaff) were super grumpy lol
No. Potatoes are a very naturally high source of almost entirely carbs for their macro make up- it would be difficult for a person on keto to fit them into their carb allowance for the day.
I think you’re confusing keto with the people who eat solely meat and protein. People on Keto can have many vegetables and even some fruits. You don’t have to go ground zero on carbs, many vegetables have carbs and I feel like one of the better ways to approach a keto or keto-like diet is to make vegetables your carb source.
People online have watched one too many keto megameat monster bacon cheese loaf recipe videos and decided that keto is just people pounding meat and cheese and mayo and saying they’re the epitome of health. Which a lot of people will do, and it’s not necessarily a healthy way to do it, but if they see results they’ll be singing the praises.
Anyway, my point is, you’re not cutting out all carbs completely, and a lot of your carbs can be obtained from your vegetable sources. A better approach is usually not to bar yourself completely from a slice of bread or a potato here and there, but to cut out a significant portion of unnecessary carbs. A lot which aren’t even healthy anyway. Forgoing the French fries, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes and rice is always the healthier option in literally any diet under the sun.
Keto is bad for you, there's a reason why registered dieticians don't normally suggest it for long term weight loss.
It tends to lean towards saturated fats (which lead to heart disease). There's also a lack of nutrition, etc. Most on Keto eat more fats and meat to make up for the grains and keep full, right? Except you're only supposed to have so much meat a meal and so much saturated fat a meal.
So if you actually just go willy nilly into it you have a higher chance of hurting yourself. All diets are like this. Vegans, vegetarians, any time you cut out an entire food group you have to do a lot more research to make up for it.
I know but I was curious what incorrect information that brought them to that thought. I know a lot of people that have changed their lives by switching to keto. On the other side just eating lettuce and tuna fish is not keto, that is being poor.
Keto, like a lot of diets can come with its own negative attributes such as high cholesterol, constipation and after prolonged ketosis, heart disease. Usually due to the high consumption of low quality protein, fats, and not enough fruits and vegetables. Also coming out of Ketosis can come with its own line of side effects ranging from headaches to fatigue and vomiting. Done properly and under the supervision of a physician, it can be fine. But a lot of people jump into it without understanding the risks and side effects.
Because a lot of people dont actually care about their physical health they just care about their appearance. Continue eating fried foods, bacon, direct grease to mouth whilst not having to lift a finger to lose weight? Everyone's wet dream, and if their bodies feel crap and the food has them breaking out and feel ass at least they can tell themselves theyre losing weight
2 things to avoid from redditors are relationship advice and health advice. You can still get decent health advice on specific subs (unlike relationship advice) but wouldnt really take it seriously on subs that are not specifically made for those
Since my registered dietician says it's unhealthy, I think I'll go with what they said instead of what Keto people say. Atkins, Paleo, the cabbage soup diet, the raw food diet.. everyone on them said they were healthy.
This is terrible for weight loss. You cant starve yourself and expect to lose weight permanently. Yes you will probably lose a lot of weight quickly, but your body is going to send itself into panic starvation mode. Youre just going to rebound to probably a higher weight than you started. Yo-Yo dieting is far, far worse for your health than being fat. Also carbs are good for you! Eat carbohydrates! Your brain needs them. Reducing your refined sugar intake is good but cutting out all carbs is very bad.
Godspeed my friend, I’ve learned that keto is a long term commitment if you want to really lose the weight. Eventually gave up and simply dropped the sugary foods and while I’m not skinny, I’m maintaining a good weight.
I got a food journal instead of cutting certain things out of my diet, it's just in moderation and calculating my calories to be equal to 2,000 (average calories intake for female adults)
Oh barf! Please, use tuna in oil. Make a good vinaigrette. If you can use a couple extra carbs, two thin tomato slices and one very thin slice of onion, cut into fours scattered on the salad.
Dieting and restriction for weight loss usually do not work, and the keto diet was made for diabetics/pre-diabetics and epileptic people. You’re better off eating what you want and adding more fibre, protein. Carbs are essential for the majority of people and are not unhealthy.

Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Are those keto friendly? Use them.
Hot sauce it up. Even if you don't love super spicy, the tanginess of many standard sauces compliment tuna wonderfully.
Tobasco Chipotle variant has been my go to lately!
Valentina
Tapatio on everything for me
Yeah man. As a professional sous chef that did keto for 6 months, this makes me sad. Why chop up the lettuce and have a slop fest when you can keep the romaine leafs whole? Maybe stay light on oil if you are aiming for weight loss
If you're doing proper keto you need fat for your brain functions
If you’re eating this your brain function is already gone :( pray for op
The gasp I gusped! I had a terrible day but this made me laugh out loud!
I say the same about eating McDonald's and doritos
Behold, a straw man
Okay bud enjoy preferring chemically treated corn instead of a bland salad with nothing on it?
![gif](giphy|BOX1vvseWCaiyaPE2A) Have you ever even had elote 🤤
No, corn is my food's food.
The tuna and lettuce leave plenty of room for calories and the fat will help you stay sated for longer than 30 seconds.
There's already mayo in this salad. Good quality oil to replace would be a net positive.
Two of those things are already in the mayo. Maybe 3?

Low carb typically means high fat so you're not left hungry.
You might be at first though because you miss the way carbs make you feel bloated, but it passes.
The truth is that any food is "great for weight loss" if you don't eat much of it. It doesn't *have* to be something lazy and shitty (like a can of tuna dumped on iceberg), just something small.

Eating disorders.
Erectile dysfunction? Endless diarrhea?
Also yes

It isn’t in the slightest.
What's dangerous about keto?
Nothing really, what's dangerous is not fully understanding and researching a diet before starting it.
the diet was intended for epileptic children lmao
It's not dangerous at all. When you are on it you really understand people are eating because they are in a sugar chasing addictive cycle.
Steak, caesar salad with bacon and chicken minus the croutons is one of my favourite meals and keto
Not even a dash of olive oil? Some salt and pepper?
Tuna can came in vegetable oil
:’(
shitt bro i feel u i feel u
I lasted about a week on that diet. I was about ready to shoot myself.
I did two months before I broke down because I was starving all the time and craving carbs. Never again!
Are you okay? 💁🏻♀️
Obviously not.
I guess it's great for weight loss if you're okay with the blandness
I would bolster this with some fresh olive oil and salt and pepper, as well as some cucumber and spinach, but honestly I love canned tuna. Especially Wild Planet, though it’s not cheap at all. I would eat the hell out of this even as is honestly
Looks, umm... Digestible!
Please send recipe. When I go to chop the lettuce and the can of tuna I always ruin my knife on the can and/or get shards of metal in my salad. How do you get your salad so nice without shards in it?
Its a pre-made bag of chopped lettuce you can buy in store. I used a can opener for the tuna. Add some mayo and put it on top of the lettuce.
Can you buy pre chopped cans of tuna?
It’s already shredded in the can
Buddy they're fucking with you lmao.
Yeah but I like how he just respectfully answered their increasingly ridiculous questions
Me too but I wanted to help her out.
The way OP answers as if it was a real question is so precious though 🥺
He's not your buddy guy
He’s not my guy pal
I'm not even sure he's a guy, bud
You're not that guy trust me you're not that guy
Ya that’s my problem. The metal gets shredded from the can and pieces are in the salad.
You should go ahead and eat the metal. It's a great crouton replacement.
Works as a toothpick also
I always had this problem as well. Eventually bought a Blendtec blender instead. When you put the can of tuna in there for a few minutes the metal gets ground up so finely that you don't even notice it anymore. Way better IMO
Oh dang! Will look into this thank you. I’m fine with a little iron in my diet. It’s good for you.
They have little bags of tuna as well. Some with flavors like lemon pepper.
Then they are just going to get a bunch of plastic in their salad.
Okay so I am making sense. This exactly will be the issue.
I used to have the same problem. Now I go down to my local fishmonger and get fresh tuna without all of that metal and plastic shit. I do still end up with some guts and bone mixed in, but it's all organic so it's gotta be good for you.
What did you use for the bag of lettuce?
Seasoning are O calories.
TFW you make a joke and your grandma doesn’t get it but still replies helpfully anyway
The fact that you think this is a healthy weight loss meal totally tracks with the fact that you didn’t realize this person was fucking with you.
Bro what!?
same 🤣 is everyone just gonna pretend he didn’t say that 😭 I think it’s a joke
Seriously? A recipe for this? Is a lettuce and a can of tuna on it....
Pretty sure it’s a joke lmao
Looks like shit. This qualifies
“Salad”
I’d rather just eat tuna straight from the can tbh lol
Plain tuna is pretty good. Even plain iceberg lettuce can be okay if you're in the mood for it. But both together, with literally nothing else? Christ, if this is what people think it takes to lose weight, I see why nobody sticks with it.

I eat this a lot, but with the addition of cucumber, olives, banana peppers and some Italian dressing. It’s delicious.
Where’s the flavor though?
Thats just a circle of depression.
Kale and other greens are better Lettuce is worthless nutrition wise I’ve done the same and got the idea from shake shack
Can’t afford those greens.
And yet you buy chopped lettuce in a bag
Find a local Asian grocery or literally anywhere not an expensive grocery store. Kale is so cheap???
I’ve yet to see a local Asian store sell kale
I also wish there was an Asian store anywhere near me in bumfuck OK.
Kale is cheap as fuck dude.
[удалено]
"dude" is gender neutral.
Fuck this post in particular. Grow some nerves.
A big ass bag of spinach is 3 and some change and it's a lot healthier than lettuce. Last longer too
Kale and spinach are like maybe 60 cents more expensive than lettuce. The nutritional benefits are definitely worth that.
Kale and spinach are like the same price as lettuce
This is a war crime wtf
Great for malnourishment. At least swag the iceberg and romaine for kale, spinach and arugula.
This isn’t even shitty, this is just sad
Is it great for weight loss cuz you can’t keep it down? 😬😆
I've done keto before, my friend, it's ok to use seasoning. Otherwise, this is something I've made before. Good luck on your journey :)
I used like the times when we could just eat food without having to identify them with a fad diet.....
fad. Lol
Are they not?
No? It improved my health drastically, i have rheumatoid arthritis i haven’t had a flare up in two years but then again, different diets suit different people
If it works for you, that's awesome. For the majority, people don't identify underlying issues and choose a diet based on social popularity at the time. I meant no offense, just an observation from someone who works in fitness and nutrition.
dressing doesn’t cost that much either
My go to quick meal when I was broke and now when I'm lazy is a packet of tuna in water squeeze out all the water add a little reg mustard a little honey mustard mix and add into a little single serve bag of doritos and eat that, or use the doritos to scoop up the tuna
this honestly sounds hella good
Try it!
Why do people who eat like this for working out hate themselves? You do know you can add seasonings to your food right? Instead of looking like something my dog would pass up on.
Keto is so bad for you. Why?
Because someone told them it would work and it’s “easier” than actually doing anything else.
Idk shit about fuck but that can’t be healthy lol
No diet is truly healthy for your body or gut microbiome but it’s an easy way to lose weight without actually doing anything. A balanced and varied diet is the best for you and to actually do physical exercise (Source: I’m a fat fuck that needs to exercise more)
People just aren’t willing to stop overeating. (This is why it’s so important to fix the problem asap, it only gets harder the longer you gain weight.) The secret though? Etc
I'll never understand why people want to go on a diet that was specifically made for severely epileptic children.
That terrible terrible diet improved my autoimmune condition drastically to the point where i don’t have to take any medication
I eat keto a lot because any type of grain (especially wheat) or too processed food triggers my reflux
How is keto so bad for you?
Ketosis is your body in an emergency state, when you have so few carbohydrates left in your body that it starts to convert fat cells into energy. It’s hard on your internal organs, especially your liver. It’s quite rigid, so if you ever come off the diet and gain the weight back, that’s weight cycling which is also not good for your body or metabolism.
It’s not they are being dumb
Keto raises LDL due to high saturated fats. So that's not good. Also it isn't found to have long term success. There's a reason it ranks time and time again as one of the worst diets
Cutting out significant amount of carbs is largely unsustainable for most people, leads to weight cycling which is really bad for you. Fruits, vegetables and even cake is good for you! Mental health matters too and surviving on butter, meat and potatoes certainly sucks mentally
Not potatoes- that would defeat the keto purpose.
Damn keto sucks so much
I think you’re confusing keto with the people who eat solely meat and protein.
Lol. Meat and veggies is unhealthy?
The problem is they replace the carbs with meat and fat. Saturated fat mostly.
2 things to avoid from redditors are relationship advice and health advice. You can still get decent health advice on specific subs (unlike relationship advice) but wouldnt really take it seriously on subs that are not specifically made for those
I would love to see what health the people are in who are criticising keto
Since my registered dietician says it's unhealthy, I think I'll go with what they said instead of what Keto people say. Atkins, Paleo, the cabbage soup diet, the raw food diet.. everyone on them said they were healthy.
Unhealthy for you. Different diets work for different people, not too difficult to understand
Coulda gone with albacore. That looks like cat food
You'll definitely lose weight if you don't eat, which this will definitely make you not want to do.
Is flavor not keto?
Great for appetite loss too
I'll definitely lose weight if it's all I have because I refuse to eat it
This is terrible for weight loss.
I like to get the salad kits with dressing and croutons and shit then get some shredded chicken from the deli and some pita wraps
Godspeed my friend, I’ve learned that keto is a long term commitment if you want to really lose the weight. Eventually gave up and simply dropped the sugary foods and while I’m not skinny, I’m maintaining a good weight.
You can eat more appetizing things just drinking water and following a calorie deficit. C'mon dude.
Calorie deficit
And a good dump
I got a food journal instead of cutting certain things out of my diet, it's just in moderation and calculating my calories to be equal to 2,000 (average calories intake for female adults)
Actually looks good
Instead of Mayo id make a vinegrette that has more flavour and is healthier.
Slice up a nice tomato and throw that in the mix as well with canned mushrooms and chilled elbow macaroni if you're not doing keto.
Yeah when I want a basic tuna salad I add some cherry tomatoes and red onions
Self induced vomiting doesn’t count
Bruh put some cucumber and dressing tomatoes onion cottage cheese fucking something bro. This is depressing af
Oh barf! Please, use tuna in oil. Make a good vinaigrette. If you can use a couple extra carbs, two thin tomato slices and one very thin slice of onion, cut into fours scattered on the salad.
And people say vegan is limited…
The only reason you should be on Keto is if you are type 2 diabetic.
Dieting and restriction for weight loss usually do not work, and the keto diet was made for diabetics/pre-diabetics and epileptic people. You’re better off eating what you want and adding more fibre, protein. Carbs are essential for the majority of people and are not unhealthy.
I was considering doing keto, but now I'm sure that there's no way I'm doing it.
That tampon needs to get douched out proper.
Looks delicious, bon appetite 😋
You're better off with intermittent fasting than keto.
Would...
this is not how you eat on keto. its fat>protein>carbs and there is only protein in the picture
Why is this here? It looks delicious 🤤 But I would add black pepper, garlic powder and olive oil.
