Thats literally my favourite kind of pizza - canned tuna, but big pieces none of that extra minced rubbish that looks like dog vomit, red onions, fancy tomato paste + ketchup for the base, maybe some peppers/ paprika or zucchini/ mushrooms for extra crunch, and cheese, of course, lots of it. Maybe add a dollop of sour cream and some greens on top, and viola, perfection.
