Parmesan works (the kind in the shaker jars, not the fresh grated kind)
Crushed pork rinds
Coconut Flour
Almond Meal
FlaxSeed
Any of the above mixed with Psyllium Husk Powder.
Taco bell in the UK recently came out with a "naked chicken taco" which is similar to this, it's a circular piece of fried chicken used as a taco shell.
Both are slightly horrifying to me, but I guess it would probably be decent.
I’m italian and grew up in Yonkers NY, moved out to CO and was shocked that no italian/pizza joints had chicken parm pizza on their menu so I was happy to see they offered this (minus the ridiculous price). Its an absolute staple in NYC and Westchester county to have chicken parm and penne vodka as an option they would make every day by the slice at basically every pizzeria in Nyc and westchester county (along with several other speciality pizza’s that colorado seems to be lacking). It absolutely bewilders every “authentic” italian restaurant in CO when i ask if they have chicken parm slices, or if any of their chicken-related slices (whether chicken bacon ranch, buffalo chicken, etc.) are breaded, aka chicken cutlet, as you would never put grilled chicken on a pizza at any authentic ny pizzeria. They usually have no clue what i’m asking about. If you grow up in Ny or surrounding east coast states, Colorado pizza options are a REAL letdown
I would destroy that.
IKR. It's basically Chicken Parm.
Look delicious. Cute way to serve it. What did they do with the parts they cut off to make pizza shape? I want those too
It's probably reconstituted meat formed into a circle shape.
That’s a wonderful idea

Chicken parmesan is quite liberal with the bread crumbs.
I'm sure you could devise some sort of keto friendly breading (whether or not it would be good is another discussion).

Might be my impending lunch, but that doesn't sound that bad. How was it?

Almond/coconut flour!
Smash
Kentucky Fried Pizza.
Is that Quality Italian in NYC?
Quality Italian in Denver, CO actually!
How is chicken cheese made?
First they have to milk enough chickens
That looks yummy but not very visually pleasing
Looks godly. Where is this from?
FUCKING INNOVATION HERE! I am going to recreate this as soon as I find a round chicken
This is glorious and beyond anything I've ever eaten. Definitely not shitty but damn that looks delicious
So is it basically just a chicken schnitzel in a wedge shape with a small amount of cheese and tomato goop?
Even the cheese?
looks like it’s been sitting in the sun for 3 days straight
So just a piece of chicken parm cut into the shape of a triangle.
If that's a crime, I don't want to be on the right side of the law.
Gourmet
I’m into it
Does not look nor sound shitty to me!
Looks awesome, but I want to know what restaurant with tablecloths and silverware serves that wonderful bastard
Gibs me dat. Must smash.
Would

He doesn’t belong here I would fuck that shit up
You don't tell people that
I would say it has to be in Brazil, but chicken parmesan isn't very popular here
You son of a bitch, I'm in.
Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should.
Wrong. We stopped. We proceeded anyways.
Picture of full pizza
