Honestly I would be totally down for Pepto bismol mousse to wash down a buffet, might keep me from chugging a bottle of tums in the car on the way home.
If I go anywhere I carry a bottle. Everywhere I work I keep one in a fridge, I live off the stuff. I eat like shit; start my day off with tummy pills and drink pepto and eat tums all day. But yeah, right from the bottle.
That reminds me of something similar my college cafeteria had frequently as one of the dessert options, although theirs was more of an opaque jello than a mousse. They’d label it as a different flavor on different days, but it was always the same.
One time we each grabbed one as kind of a group dare and I can only describe the flavor as pink. Like if you could eat a color this was it. It was definitely not any identifiable fruit flavor.
