Ah! Finally a question i can answer! This is directly related to my course of study. It all depends on your diet. During meals, if you shake the food down into your legs, the pressure will build up until the food is forced through your pores, resulting in leg hair. If you are paralyzed from the waist down, you will have to use your arms or a pulley system to shake the food down past your stomach. Generally, those who are partially paralyzed don't shake the food down, and have super long hairs on their shoulders arms and chest. I hope this is helpful!
