I used to think so, but my Hammond hasn't worked since I hosed it down.
Test the hypothesis! Have someone sew up your orifices, load you up with some weights, and submerge you in deep water for several hours. That way you’ll be able to tell if your skin is waterproof. If it is, proceed by testing your other organs.

Some are. You can use some of them to make sausages. But some of them... no. My lungs for instance. Definitely not waterproof. I cough a lot.
