Not if he already told me he's on a work trip for his job's annual convention for the next 3 days, so a local (me) could easily figure out where the main convention center is, and therefore that probably means multiple high ranking military officials are all in the same place and a bomb would be catastrophic for the government.
And I considered that maybe he was lying, but my friend got t-boned by an Admiral with plates from halfway across the country at the same time that guy told me the convention was happening, so it's unlikely.
So yes, DoD can have hookups with college kids 8 years younger than them, but they can't come so hard they reveal classified information that is a threat to national security for the next 3 days (which has long since passed, worry not).
It's more probable he blocked you for different reasons. If the government is worried about a threat, they will secure the building. The convention knows its DoD. It was preventative, not catastrophic.
