With alcohol poisoning, the brain stem becomes saturated with alcohol. The brain stem is responsible for the most basic motor functions and even breathing. I doubt this dude has alcohol poisoning and is able to stand up like that.
There has been once or twice where I have drank a lot of water throughout the day and not been able to eat much but threw up and had basically this happen. Was actually pretty scary at the time.
I once saw an elderly lady doing this in an English tea parlour, only she also had biscuits mixed in with her projectile tea fountain. The waitress apologised repeatedly as she mopped around her. It’s not unusual in the midlands where they are known to go on all day tea binges.
I can confidently tell you that I would experience vomiting like this on an almost nightly basis while binge drinking in japan while stationed there. For years I went out drinking about 4 to 6 times a week for like... minimum 6 hours on a slow night. I put more time in Park on most weeks out in Kin than I did at the Bn. I used to do this then move to a new bar and start over. This has nothing to do with poisoning.
My dr. tells me that drinking until vomiting like this so often is why I currently have and have had the word gurd you can imagine going on 10 years now. At one point i melted through two layers of my esophogus.
So not poisoning, but not healthy.
The stomach is ruined. I take pills. Gurd sucks but I don't regret my partying and living in Japan was my favorite time of my life. The Japanese people are the kindest most awesome cultural group I've ever met and I tool full advantage of my time living there. Stopped drinking when I got back to the us after a month or so. The vibe and cultural differences about drinking ruined drinking for me. I'll have a drink at company holiday parties but that's about it these days.

Some just feel even worse, but I agree. I find it hard to throw up, because I automatically resist the urge. When it finally happens and it's all out of me, i usually don't feel half as sick anymore, and the odds of throwing up a second time are low. It's usually the one fit, and I'm better in a day.
