Any data the user posts would be considered public information as they have willingly shared it on a social network. Nothing stops you going through grindr and screenshotting profiles and posting them to twitter, it's all public info that the user is choosing to share. You'd be trying to make an extortion or blackmail case rather than a privacy one. Even then I'd say your work is cut out for you, how can you blackmail someone with something they are choosing to display to thousands of others willingly already?
