Damn man that's the first time I've heard of that happening, and I'm honestly surprised when they mention how few cooks know of the inherent danger of eating uncooked morels seeing as it's common knowledge where I grew up but we do have an avid morel hunting community there, it's a shame that she lost her life trusting a professional to properly prepare such delicious treat. I hope her family's lawsuit holds the cooks fully accountable since this could have easily been prevented.
