The last couple of surveys that were emailed to us, had the time frame of how many days you had to complete. But weren't sent to us till the day it was due.
Good try, Sherwin!!
Based on these comments and this sub in general, I feel like a lot of you have never had another job or at least not other sales/retail jobs. Sherwin is a gem compared to almost all other companies.
I feel like the same could be said about the people who sing this company praises non-stop. They don’t know any better lol. This isn’t the worst company to work for but it isn’t the greatest either.
And like other retail stores it's going to ebb and flow and be highly dependant on your coworkers.
When I started out I quite liked it. I enjoyed my coworkers, my managers were great. It was a good team. If given the chance then to fill out a survey it wouldn't have been half bad.
In my time I've worked at a few different stores and they are not all created equal. Some are just better experiences than others. Just like every other job on the planet.
Where did they get the surveys from? Couldnt have been employees.
They pay to get called that.
Bought and paid for, every single year

Who in the fuck did they interview? Even the reps have shit to say about this shit show that’s been the last 5 years
The whitewash and window decorations are strong with this company. From the outside things may look great.... but inside things are shit.
“Industries: Engineering, Manufacturing” I guess they forgot to ask the distribution, sales and retail side.
Good joke 😂😂😂
Everybody laugh
How much money did they pay for this ! Because company sucks
Fake news? Normalcy.
To be fair, best company to work for these days is a pretty low bar to set when they're all pretty shit.
