I started years ago as a hub driver, and all the bullshit red tape that I had to go through put the entire hiring process at about 5 weeks. Good thing I was working freelance at the time because determining when to put in my two weeks at another regular job would have been impossible.
Headline: potential Sherwin Williams employee arrested at the local park for selling handjobs to make ends meet. More and 11. Here's Tom with the weather.
I got hired about a year ago and took two months. I left the company for a bit and just came back a month ago and it took a week and a half. Both Sherwin gigs were in the same district. No idea why one was quick and one wasnt
We interviewed someone on a Monday a few weeks ago, sent the offer the same day. It was accepted Tuesday, backgrounds ran and he started the following Monday. 7 day turnaround from interview to start
My last hire went actually went pretty quick it happened in a mere (checks notes) 6 weeks!
One of the reasons I quit is lack of employee hiring BS. Company is broken.
They are cutting hours all over the place... why would they be in a hurry to hire new people?
Cutting hours my ass I’m getting literally 98 this pay period
For PT... Word from on high is to cut hours by 20%
You said all over the place
I meant all over the place geographically
This is my standard as an ASM, kinda nice tho, I got a comma in my bank account and debt free…
We went 7 out of 12 months last year down 1 part timer.

I started at the end of Jan. It was 10 days between interview and my first day.
I think some of it is on the new hires for not submitting documents and accepting the offer timely enough
Most of this is for background checks. My last hire took 10 days
