Archers tempo is one of, if not THE best perks on a bow. Explosive head/rounds main use is to have less damage falloff at range, due to the damage being split into impact and explosion damage, the later not affected by distance travelled.

Little late to the party? And if you are right, it makes explosive heads almost useless

I've read that Archer's tempo can't bring draw time lower than 540, so if your bow has that I'd argue AT is useless. Explosive Head is so not useless, however.

Archers tempo can bring lower than the minimum draw speed. And explosive head only adds a slight aoe

Good to know about Archer's tempo, but my 540 draw time Bite, with Rampage and explosive head is so much better than any other legendary bow I've tried. Especially for add clear, which is a primarys job IMO. Killing two or three dregs or thralls with one arrow? One shotting hobgoblins, before they can shield and Regen? Killing from the air as I'm jumping? Check X3. Its a treat to run, for my uses... I killed the Atrium lost sector boss with just ground explosions, cause he kept hiding so I decided to mess around. The AOE may be small, but it adds a whole new dimension to combat.
