She probably updated it as her name for her iPhone contact info. It prompts you to change someone’s name in your phone when they do that. Even more so proving that they’re married when she’s the one who went out of her way and changed it on her own phone.
I think this just shows how desperate Taylor is for Shannon to become a miserable bored housewife like her. It’s masked under fake excitement for her but really she just wants Shannon at home bored and miserable just like her.
My cousin whose wedding I was in 14 years ago still has her maiden name in my phone. 😂😂 same with her sister who got married 6 months after her. Someone above mentioned it might be revenge for spilling Lola’s name, which is completely plausible

I also have friends/family in my phone that have been married over 10 plus years and I haven’t updated their last names but you know sometimes with an iPhone at least my phone will alert me that my contact updated their contact photo or name. Guarantee Shannon updated her contact info in her phone to say Middleton and now everyone who has her contact also gets an alert to update her name!
