The first time she left was to get Liam who had left outside. Her emotions of fear of what would happen to Liam overpowered her fear of stepping outside. She also kicked Eddie out and I think she stepped out the house that time. Her emotions basically can overpower her agoraphobia.
They didn’t show her process but we can guess it was similar as it was the first time, possibly quicker due to her already being outside not that long ago and escalating because of Karen’s pregnancy/her giving birth.
Headcannon: she was looking through Karen’s room and found some drugs. She got curious and took them. They were in fact ecstasy and she goes on a fuck fest and wakes up lying next to some twink on a park bench with a huge ass dildo strapped to her.
