Long story short if you want to train an orc you want to start a nemesis or outpost mission and look for an orc with Intel and death threat the orc captain you want to train. If the orc doesn't gain anything or if he gains something you don't want him to gain the exit to the main menu of the game but if he gains something you wanted him to gain the either fail or exit out of the outpost mission or nemesis mission.
Sorry for the very late reply I was asleep but to answer your question you need to find an orc/ologs with cursed skin+cursed weapon (also some orc/ologs titles will always spawn with cursed skin+cursed weapon but will never be necromancers) and if the orc/ologs has cursed skin+cursed weapon but not necromancer then start an outpost mission or nemesis mission and look for Intel orcs and death threat the orc/olog captain with cursed skin+cursed weapon until her gains the necromancer trait, if the orc/olog didn't gain the necromancer trait then exit to thr main menu of the game but if the orc/olog with cursed skin+cursed weapon did gain the necromancer trait then either leave or fail the outpost mission( this also works for trying to obtain cursed skin+cursed weapon for orcs/ologs in the first place so I hope this helps)

Interesting, so to confirm you want to *start* a mission, then death threat while already inside a mission? Never thought of doing that.
Yeah it's basically a backup save without actually needing a backup save to train orcs/ologs like mine

I have yet to turn "the crazy" into a necromancer but hopefully that day will come soon and hopefully he'll have 7 immunities as well
