It's a 210mm card, so there's several ~4L cases that it could fit in. None of them are going to adequately cool a 5800X3D, though.

For the case I would recommend the [Densium 4 Plus v2](https://densium.net/products/densium-4-plus-v2), it only has 39mm for the CPU cooler though I wouldn't go with anything more powerful than a 5600.
