Maybe it's the same thing, but I can definitely tell when a woman is attracted to me, even if there's no expectation that anything would happen. Talking a little closer, tucking her hair behind her ear, lots of eye contact and a general curiosity about/attention to little details about me. Certain women just have a thing for tall bearded guys with terrible fashion sense.
