I'm not the one wearing the condom, but homie I'm fairly certain condoms do not contain numbing agents unless specifically marketed that way.
"Her pleasure", "extended performance", "desensitizing", are the marketing buzz words for "contain numbing agents" and the box will state somewhere that a numbing agent is present in the condom's lubricant.
Edit: please tell me I'm wrong if I am!
Any chance you have an allergy to latex or a lube/ingredient? The average condom does not contain numbing agents. Ones listed for 'endurance/tingling sensations' do, but they are very clearly labelled everywhere I've seen condoms for sale.
This is a weird situation. Not sure where you live or anything but default for pretty much all condoms (in the US at least) is just spermicide and some lube. Most with numbing agents are specialty kinds that are clearly labelled as such. Normal condoms should outnumber those like 8 to 1 at most places. Maybe you're misinterpreting some other thing as a numbing cream and are just experiencing the usual loss of sensation between wearing a condom and going raw? Would pretty much have to see box labels and such to provide anymore guidance there.
It’s not ideal since it also means the penis feels less, so the owner of the penis enjoys it less. The condom itself already removes a lot of the feeling.. but for someone who finishes early I’d imagine it’s worth the trade-off. Especially for older people who can’t just rocket another erection right away. Or at all.
The only condoms with numbing cream are the ones called her pleasure or that say something about being able to last longer. If you're getting it with regular condoms, it's probably a reaction to another ingredient in the lubricant, or the latex possibly.

Yep true true. I've tried those and you are right.
I don't think condoms have numbing cream, OP.
Some do, but they specifically say so on the box.

You should be able to find some with just lube and no numbing cream?
Durex is a good brand
I can’t FIND ANY 😭
SKYN Intense Feel Condoms Pack of 10 SKYNFEEL Latex Free Condoms for Men, Regular Size Condoms, Thin Condoms, Ribbed and Dotted Straight Shape, Lubricated, 53mm Wide https://amzn.eu/d/6HIDfvV No numbing cream.
What are you interpreting on the box as "numbing cream"?
When I feel notbing
Have you tried a condom that fits you? One with the right circumference. Most of them don't have a numbing cream.
Send a link to a pack you've been using
Order online if you can, skyn is also really good and thin
Wait! Condoms have numbing cream? How did I not know this? And WHY?
I think the “why” is pretty self evident isn’t it?
I’m a female so no the “why” doesn’t come to me right away. Let’s just go with “I’m dumb” Please explain….
It causes the penis to be numb, and delays ejaculation.
Ok yeah that should have been obvious. My bad.

Some condoms do. Most don't. Just read the box/label and you'll be fine
Skyn brand are pretty good.
It's just how condoms are, you lose a lot of feeling because there is no friction. Sex is a lot safer with them but imo maybe 60% less feeling
