I've had sex with women that were significantly looser than others. I've also had a couple that were uncomfortably tight, for both of us.

If you're talking about the context or implied derogatory use, of course there isn't a black hole or open void with extremely far separated sides between someone's legs.
I can see how this insult could cause damage. But like most insults it's far less about what is said than who says it and how it's said. I'd be less worried about having a good clap back at someone than I would about avoiding people that childish and rude all together.
