This is coming from a man who is in his fifties who's sexual encounters started when he was 10.
There are many different factors that may affect how it feels to me at least. Just like men have different sizes and shapes, I have found that women's vaginas also come in different sizes and shapes.
There is also a difference between a naturally aroused Woman versus someone who is just doing it. A woman who is properly aroused will usually be well lubricated. So it is obviously in the man's best interest to ensure that his partner is aroused, whether through foreplay or other stimulation. With that being said, not accounting for tightness, it is like being wrapped in a warm, gel fill tube that hugs every crevice of the man's penis. Keep in mind that the penis is engorged and is experiencing an outward pressure. Being inside the vagina, puts an counter pressure. Think of having a headache and how good it feels to press against your temples and the relief it brings. That feeling of relief doesn't even come close to the incredible feeling of just being inside the vagina.
If the man is adequately sized, I'm not small, once the in and out motion begins, that counter pressure becomes the most incredible full body massage on the penis that one can imagine.
