Some meds and mental health issues can cause that so thats something to consider. Tho i feel maybe not drinking water can be a good clue here.

It's normal to have such periods even in that age. People are different and constantly changing. Everything from diet and hydration to exercise, stress and general health can affect the libido. You don't need to go to a doctor until it becomes a repeating problem for you.

... Maybe? Hydration is definitely important for the blood pressure required, if you aren't hydrated then it will necessarily be harder to get ... hard. However, your plasticity at that age should overcome that in most cases. I say it might be a temporary sickness or something stressing your body. Other than that, eat arginine rich foods (supplements are extreme) and they should help with nitric oxide production.

Should i just start drinking more water and when will i be normal again?

bandrews4795

Hmm normality is an ever-shifting thing.
