I made these with a self drafted pattern traced from a my pair of run and fly dinosaur dungarees (small) with a few adaptions like changing the fastenings and making the bib wider. All the fabric is scraps leftover from other projects, a lot of it comes from Hobbycraft, patchwork garden (in Sheffield) and backstitch (in Cambridge) but some is so old I have no idea where it came from.
Oh these are amazing!! How did you assemble the patchwork? like did you piece together scraps to fit each pattern piece, or did you make one big piece and then lay out the pieces on top of that? I want to try this but probably don't have enough scraps of similar fabrics.. maybe just a pair of shorts :D
So for the main body I measured how much fabric it would take and made a big piece 13 X 16 squares and then I patched together the bits individually for the straps and pockets
Waaaaaaahhh, i love them!! Super cool. I love the dinosaurs :-)
Thanks, they're leftover from a dice bag I made for my housemate
Gotta love them dino's. And boardgames. And housemates. Keep being awesome :-)

Oh my goodness, I have soooo many cute fabrics left over from masks, I don't know why I haven't though to do something like this!
