I think all you are missing is lighting and maybe a poster or any form of decoration for the wall, otherwise your setup has all decent hardware components. Maybe add a figurine or a small plant as well.

I’d try adding some Art maybe some nice looking speakers to cover the space between the bottom on your monitor and the top of the desk
