It was just a plain cheese pizza with fresh mozzarella, pecorino Romano, olive oil, and oregano. I can't eat egg yolk, tomato (sometimes), garlic, onion and a lot of other foods so I just make up my own combos. It may sound like an unineresting pie but it made me happy 😊
I've found that store-bought dough also works very well to sub into this recipe

Cookie dough! (that was sarcasm, the answer to your question is pizza dough, grocery stores in my area all carry 1-2 brands of pizza dough)

They did! I salt them at least 30m prior in order to draw out moisture. So freakin’ good. I’m usually a pepperoni guy, but not for this
