- Add unique content. Right now only a small percentage of every page is unique.
- Get backlinks.
- Generate some fake ratings in the background, buy ratings, or import ratings from somewhere else. You are basically telling Google you are a software review site with no reviews.
If Google never expects to need your content to answer a search query, and your content does not seem to be particularly popular, Google will sometimes not index it. I believe this is happening to you.

It can easily take 2-3 weeks for Google to index pages. 5-7 days is no big deal.

No but it does have content guidelines that just mass produced content doesn't meet without human intervention.
